Shipping Information:

Orders typically will be shipped within 24 business hours from the time your payment is received.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Defective items will be repaired or exchanged with brand new items. All returns must have prior authorization, and must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Shipping is non-refundable, restocking fee of 15% will apply to returned items for refund.
